Devan Ahart
Co-Founder & Head Coach
Detroit native and Orchard Lake St. Mary's grad, University of Akron standout, and LA Dodgers draft pick (2014, 16th round). Played 650+ professional games across the Dodgers organization and independent ball, earning two American Association All-Star selections. Metro Detroit product who brings real development knowledge and a passion for building players the right way.
Nick Plummer
Co-Founder & Development Coach
Michigan native out of Brother Rice High School. 23rd overall pick in the 2015 MLB Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals -- the first Michigan prep position player taken in the first round since Derek Jeter. Made his MLB debut with the New York Mets in 2022 and became the first player in Mets history to homer in each of his first two career starts.
Duncan Gillett
Development Coach
Corunna, Michigan native. Pitched at Lansing Community College where the Stars finished third in the JUCO World Series and won back-to-back conference titles. Earned a starting role at Davenport University and helped lead the Panthers to a GLIAC Championship and Regional Finals in 2021. GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honoree.
